Logohoo rocks! I bought this bag for work and travel purposes. It looks totally cute. I found it to be a little larger than I expected, so I wanted to exchange it for a large zip tote. I wasn't sure whether the large zip tote would be big enough. I explained this to a customer service representative who agreed to ship out a large zip tote. I could compare the two and return the one which did not fit my purpose. And the exchange would also be shipped free of charge for 2nd day delivery! Now tell me, can anything beat customer service like that? Besides, the bags are so cute I just might keep both of them!
